- Parent institute Kukadi Education Society registered under Maharashtra Society Act, 1956. The working of the society is as per the government rules and offers educational loans, medical aid and retirement funds to employees.
- The employees of college are registered members of the Ahmednagar District Secondary Teacher’s Co-operative Credit Society Ltd. Ahmednagar (http://www.adstccsl.com/ ) and offers educational, home, emergency loans, Kanyadan-bhagyalaksmi scheme, Mayat Nidhi and retirement funds.
- Medical Reimbursement by GoM: The medical reimbursement proposals of employees are forwarded to the JDHE office, GoM and the benefit is availed by the concerned employee.
- Leave Travel Concession (LTC) scheme: LTC is offered to the staff on demand as per the norms and conditions of GoM
